Possible wrong affiliation provided
You have placed the paper "Cartography of opportunistic pathogens and antibiotic resistance genes in a tertiary hospital environment" (DOI: 10.1038/s41591-020-0894-4) under the Indian Institute of Science Education and Research Kolkata (IISER Kolkata), India. However, upon checking this paper on the publisher's website <https://www.nature.com/articles/s41591-020-0894-4>, we did not find such affiliation.
Hence, we request you to kindly check its veracity.

Wrong paper added with IISER Kolkata
You have added <https://www.natureindex.com/article/10.1029/2017jd027427> the paper "The Effect of Monsoon Circulation on the Stable Isotopic Composition of Rainfall" under IISER Kolkata for the duration 01 July 2017 – 31 June 2018. But a check at the paper, available at <https://agupubs.onlinelibrary.wiley.com/doi/pdf/10.1029/2017JD027427> tells us that there is no author from IISER Kolkata here.
Please comment.

Annual tables to display all countries
Would it be possible to have Annual Tables (e.g. https://www.natureindex.com/annual-tables/2018/country/all) display data for all countries on one page, instead of just the top 50? That is, exactly how it is on the Current Index page. Thanks.

Anomaly in numbers and list of papers
The total number of papers (AC) under IISERs are showing as 200. But, when we are counting these numbers as given beside the specific journals these come to 72. And if we calculate the total number of papers as given beside the individual titles of the journals for each IISERs, it comes to a total of 82. The same is true for individual IISERs. For example, for IISER Kolkata, the AC is given as 39, but counting individual papers against each of the journals brings it to 11. We feel confused by this possible anomaly in the numbers. Please help.

Jagiellonian University name correction
Dear Sirm/Madame
The Polish name of the Jagiellonian University on a page http://www.natureindex.com/institution-outputs/poland/jagiellonian-university-uj/5450a7c5140ba089303a51f7 is wrong (in genitive). The proper Polish nominative name is "Uniwersytet Jagielloński", not "Uniwersytetu Jagiellońskiego".1 voteThank you for the feedback we have corrected the Polish name.

Update top articles by Altmetric score dynamically
Currently, top articles by Altmetric score does not seem to update dynamically (or reflect the actual articles that have top attention scores for an institution for the time period listed on the institution page). This would be a nice feature. I'm not sure what date range is currently being applied to the "Top articles by Altmetric score" for each institution, but it would make sense for it to use the same date range as the data in the table above.

Slight Correction in Institutes address
Dear Sir/ Madam,
Thank you very much for releasing Nature Index Table 2016 which really is an excellent work and provides guidance to the Institutions of Higher Learning.
I would like to bring in your notice a point which needs rectification at your website.
For Pakistan, Commission on Science and Technology for Sustainable Development in the South (COMSATS) has been placed at No. 1.
Actually, COMSATS itself is a Secretariat of the Commission with 23 member countries (http://www.comsats.org/).
It is the COMSATS Institute of Information Technology (CIIT), which is an Institute of Higher Learning and totally independent from…

The diffence between AC and the sum of fractioonal count for collaborative paplers involving the named country and partners
About Table of top 100 countries by collaboration score. I suggest Nature to explain better what is means "The score for country A = sum of all FCs for country A and all its collaborating countries". Is the same of AC? Because in the table of 2014 Nature team use AC and in the table of 2015 the author uses Weighted Collaboration Score. Are they the same kind of date? If is not, is not clear for me, what is the difference? Thanks
1 voteBy “The score for country A = sum of all FCs for country A and all its collaborating countries", we are referring to the sum of FCs for all the bilateral relationships a country has.
So for example, if country A has relationships with 2 others, B and C, then the collaboration score is the sum of FC for A+B and A+C. In other words, if Brazil only collaborated with Argentina and Chile then the collaboration score for Brazil would be: (FCBrazil+FCArgentina)+ (FCBrazil+FCChile).
The weighted collaboration score uses the same calculation, but is based on WFC instead of FC.
AC stands for Article Count, which we use for direct output (not collaborations) and which is not used in the collaboration supplement. It refers to the number of papers a country (or institution) has published in the Nature Index.
In the 2014 supplements you are referring to, we have been looking…

Improve your definition of, or enlarge your coverage of, environmental sciences
Currently the Nature Index has a category described as "earth and environmental sciences", but this is not really accurate: there are no environmental science journals included in this list.
I suggest you either add some journals (E.g. Environ. Sci. Technol. could be considered as, in my opinion, the most widely respected broad scope journal in its field), or change the category description to "earth sciences and ecology" to better reflect the coverage.

search by department at an institution
Can we track departments at an institution? For example, I would like to know the Biomedical Engineering Department at Cornell University's article count in Nature.
1 voteYou can can now see outputs for every department at an institution that has published a paper in the current window. Use the site search or go to the institutions profile and click on the relationships tab then click on the department you want.
Cornell University is here: http://www.natureindex.com/institution-outputs/united-states-of-america-usa/cornell-university/5139073234d6b65e6a0021d1

Ensure that all disciplines are covered in the journal selection.
Your list of 68 journals is inadequate because it does not include any journals for some disciplines. For example, my discipline is not represented in the journal choices. Does the panel believe that no high quality research could possibly come from my discipline? Should institutions be penalized for allowing my discipline to be studied? (My discipline is green chemistry and the relevant journals are: Green Chemistry, ChemSusChem, ACS Sustainable Chemistry, Environmental Science and Technology, Energy & Environmental Science, etc.

About the institution outputs, are differences in the info.
About the institution outputs, there are and excellent idea, but there are some differences from the profile of some institutions and their outputs.
Example:
IMSS-Institution outputs by country (Mexico)
http://www.natureindex.com/institution-outputs/articles/Life%20Sciences/countries-Mexico/Mexico/Mexican%20Social%20Security%20Institute%20(IMSS)/n_article/543de0f7140ba0601c7e14bdIMSS Profile
http://www.natureindex.com/institution-outputs/Mexico/Mexican%20Social%20Security%20Institute%20(IMSS)The results are different. In the outputs of IMSS appear 1
2 articles, but in the profile appear 4 articles.See you, thanks
1 voteHello,
Two of the papers are from consortia located in the USA. As a result that paper will not appear in outputs generated for research from Mexico. However it will of course appear in the IMSS profile, which accounts for all research globally including foreign affiliated institutions and consortia.
Thank you for your interest in the Index.
Regards,
Bob
