  1. Best Freelance Field Support for Operational Success

Field Service engineer should have some experience with telecommunication systems and at least a two-year degree for telecommunication field technician jobs. Telecom field engineering is a very demanding job because they have to work long hours and have to show up as soon as they receive a call when they’re not on the job. A field engineer also needs to work in high-stress scenarios and repair the equipment till the service is restored.

  3. maintenance technician

Working as a maintenance technician on a freelance basis comes with a lot of benefits. These include being able to set your hours and time you work during the year. Freelance maintenance technicians can respond to high demand when a carrier initiates a network upgrade project and then take time off during quieter parts of the year.

  6. Do not include all articles in Eur. Journal Phys. C

I would like to suggest a restriction on papers published in European Physical Journal C to letters and large collaboration experiments. The level and importance of the Journal is at most equivalent to the Physical Review D whose regular articles are not included in the count. The criteria for acceptance in Eur. J. Phys. C is

"describe original work or provide details of original work previously published in a Letter article. There is no general limitation of the overall size nor of the number of figures, nor of the level of details considered to be necessary"

    While Phys. Review D

  7. Allow users to see the articles making up top collaborations

On the collaboration page for each institution, it would be nice to be able to click on each "top collaborator" and see the list of articles the institutions collaborated on. This helps to answer questions when management sees an expected collaborator listed in one of the top 10 lists.

  8. Dis-aggregate the IISERs in your Institution outputs ranking for India

    Messrs

Inidan Institute of Science Education and Research is not one institution but (at the moment ) 7 : soon to rise to 9. To quote Wikipedia

"Seven IISERs have been established across the country, namely IISER Kolkata in West Bengal, IISER Pune in Maharashtra, IISER Mohali in Punjab, IISER Bhopal in Madhya Pradesh, IISER Thiruvananthapuram in Kerala, IISER Tirupati in Andhra Pradesh and IISER Berhampur in Odisha.[4] [5] Two new IISERs, at Berhampur, Odisha and Nagaland were announced in the 2015 Budget.[6][7] "

ranking ``IISER'' at AC=143 above IISc(Bangalore) AC=131 or IIT Mumbai(AC=78) is absurd because you have clubbed…

  10. emphasis on first author

Since most of the work is done by the first author(s) there should be a higher weigth be set in the counting for the respective institute, eg. first author's institute receives 50% credit, the rest is distributed like in the FC. In this way also the problem with the last author would be accounted for, since in most cases the first and last author have the same affiliation
